Joining the design team, taking over day-to-day tasks and always-on weekly campaigns. These campaigns would consist of a number of digital assets spanning across a range of digital platforms. Played an integral role in the creation and launch of the 3.0 website, and autonomously designed and led a number of seasonal campaigns, for occasions such as St Patrick’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Halloween and New Year. Worked on a new creative system for CRM communications and refining the messaging and tone into different conversation types to target certain customer segments more accurately.
